Lesson:
We created our own Ghazal. Here are the basic rules:
Had 5 to 15 couplets (2 lined verses)
The number of couplets is always odd (5, 7,9, etc)
No enjambment between couplets
Has lines of equal length
Follows the rhyme scheme: AA BA CA DA, etc
Ends with a signature couplet that contains the poet’s name or nickname.
